Murphy Rogers Celebrates Its 30th Anniversary
Having opened its doors on July 20, 1992, Murphy Rogers marks a milestone anniversary as of July 2022 - it’s been thirty years!
For a little history, Murphy Rogers was established in the summer of ’92 by founding partners Bob Murphy, Carroll Rogers and Peter Sloss as a boutique maritime and civil defense firm ready to provide responsive and commercially-aware litigation services to clients. Over the years, the firm has fulfilled that mission statement and grown into the Murphy, Rogers, Sloss, Gambel & Tompkins team of today, with a roster of knowledgeable and effective attorneys that are proud to represent our clients – both maritime and otherwise, both locally and around the world – in a wide range of interesting and challenging matters. The firm is grateful to have formed meaningful relationships with clients around the globe, and it is likewise proud of its place in the New Orleans and Gulf Coast legal communities.
As they say, time flies when you’re having fun, and the firm’s first 30 years certainly flew by. And we were thrilled to have the opportunity to celebrate with those that have made the firm what it is over the past few decades – our attorneys, our staff and our family. Cheers to the next 30!
